These Terms of Service govern estimates for and performance of decorative plaster and finishing work provided by ALABASTER SQUARE 4 LLC in Palm Beach County, Florida.
We provide on-site application of Venetian and polished plaster, lime wash and mineral finishes, micro-cement, Tadelakt, decorative ceiling and accent finishes, and plaster repair. All work is performed by hand at the client's property. We do not sell materials or products for shipment.
Every project begins with an in-person site visit and a written estimate describing the scope, finish, square footage and price. Work is scheduled only after you accept the written estimate. Timelines depend on surface preparation, drying and curing between coats.
A deposit is due before work begins and the balance is due on completion and walkthrough sign-off. Prices shown on this site are typical starting rates; your final price is the amount stated on your written estimate.
We stand behind our workmanship. If an applied finish fails due to our application within the period stated on your estimate, we will repair it. Natural variation, movement and texture are inherent characteristics of hand-applied mineral finishes, not defects.
The client is responsible for providing safe site access, working power and water, and a clear work area. Additional charges may apply for undisclosed conditions discovered on-site.
